In doing so you track the status of program deliverables and milestones, and support their adoption. HR-RD&I Project Management (PMO) Officer

The role and its responsibilities
This active and involving role is based at our Global Center in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. It represents a valuable opportunity for candidates with the ambition and potential to grow towards a more senior role within HR over the next three years.

Your core purpose is to provide essential and wide-ranging support for the initiation, organization and administration of ongoing HR/RD&I projects in order to assure their effectiveness and efficiency. This includes document management and the preparation of content, materials and decisions for the HR/RD&I Director and teams.

Further, you schedule, prepare and follow up on PMO meetings and actions with team members and other stakeholders. You also translate and analyze project data via pivot tables in Excel, consolidating and reporting data via KPI and dashboard reporting.

At all times you monitor projects and budgets, influencing team members and supporting project teams with HR data and advice on how to use the data you gather and present.

In addition you provide daily secretarial support for the HR Director, RD&I and Technology Director and their respective teams. This includes agenda management, workload prioritization and the setting up of meetings.

Candidate profile
To apply for this position you must possess all the following attributes:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law or Psychology;
  • Able to build strong relationships across multiple geographies;
  • Good project management and reporting skills;
  • Knowledge of (processes in) HR systems or willing/able to learn;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Powerful communication and interpersonal skills including fluent written and spoken English and Dutch.
