In doing so you improve the safety performance and safeguard the license to operate by identifying hazards and ensuring the initiation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions through incident learning processes.
At all times you aim to maintain and improve customer satisfaction and product optimization by coordinating with Marketing & Sales.
Based on analysis you initiate relevant investment projects to improve plant performance, and you provide expert know-how and input to the scoping and basic engineering of capital projects. You also commission new or modified assets and you are accountable for the allocation of the annual maintenance budget.
At all times you ‘walk and talk’ the AkzoNobel company values, creating an open and engaged organization in which everybody can work at their best. This requires you to put in place a clear communication structure and to maintain a competence management system that incorporates training programs, coaching, talent management and succession planning.
Continuous Improvement is a central to our organization and you aim to improve plant productivity each year by an agreed percentage using methodologies such as L6S, RCPS, and Gemba walks. You also use and review KPIs for performance management.
