This is the Role
As part of the team of Advanced Interlayers you will execute pricing decisions that support the pricing strategy. You will provide pricing analyses and make appropriate recommendations for competitive price requests that meets the customer need. Your work is intimately aligned with the business, customer, and market strategies to maximize value creation and value capture. This role requires cross-functional coordination and communication for efficient and effective execution of product strategies through the Commercial team (Sales).
Your day consists of very different tasks and responsibilities. You will not only be busy with maintaining pricing records, executing approved pricing in the system and develop and execute pricing increases. You also will be working closely with sales and other departments to implement new pricing strategies and evaluate, approve and maintain competitive prices. You complete the monthly business forecast in IBP (revenue forecasting system) and work with the Finance Analyst to resolve open issues related to regional forecasts and pricing assumptions for business forecasts. You will work with the Sales Incentives Analyst and team to facilitate accruals, tracking, and payout of sales incentives.
The company depends on your expertise to facilitate, communicate pricing trends and other relevant market information. As you progress in your role, you will become increasingly involved in the marketing side to pricing: offer development and -execution. Knowing the organization and the people very well you pro-actively identify and implement new improvement opportunities.

This is what you bring
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· 2+ years’ prior work experience in an analytical or customer-facing role; preferably in sales, marketing, product management, pricing and/or supply chain
· Skilled with Microsoft tools (excel, word, ppt, etc.) open to learning use of new tools and platforms.
