As an all-round HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing HR advice, mentoring and support to line managers in a wide range of issues regarding strategy and operational human resources. Examples include performance management and appraisal, career development and succession planning, compliance and risk management, employee retention, recruitment and staffing, strategy and planning, organisational review and changes in dedicated business units, interfacing with relevant line managers as well as other country leaders and employees, and interfacing with HR Business Partners and colleagues in other geographical areas.
Master’s degree in HR and 10–12 years’ of relevant working experience. Thorough understanding of the practices in the oil and gas industry. Ability to ensure a strong connection between the position and the business environment. Flexible approach to achieve the ‘right’ balance between global frameworks and the specific needs of local businesses.
