Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) invites applications for a lecturer position in information systems. The position is in RSM’s Department of Technology & Operations Management, section Business Information Management (BIM).
The lecturer position involves:
teaching courses in our master and bachelor programmes
supervising students during their master thesis trajectory.
Successful applicants are expected to:
have a PhD degree in Information Systems or related fields (or be in the final year of their dissertation research
demonstrate a strong interest and a proven track record in teaching at MSc/BSc levels.
The conditions of employment comply with the collective labour agreement for Dutch universities (CAO NU). The lecturer appointment initially is a one-year position, which can be extended. We offer opportunities for lecturers to further develop teaching skills. Erasmus University Rotterdam has attractive employment conditions, which include a holiday allowance of 8 per cent, an end-of-year bonus of 8.3 per cent, and a generous number of vacation days. Favourable tax agreements may apply to non-Dutch applicants.
