ING Wholesale Banking is undergoing an ambitious transformation to become more client centric and efficient in its operations. The team Product management Accounts & Cash Management has the ambition to make ING the best Cash Management Bank in Europe. ING offers a comprehensive range of Payments and Cash Management products to corporate clients and financial institutions in Europe, from basic current accounts, to notional and physical pooling as well as virtual cash management solutions.

We are looking for a Customer Journey Expert Cash Management

ING is looking for an innovative and commercially driven customer journey expert. Preferably you have experience in the area of corporate treasury or cash management.

Job description

You are the center-point between the market, clients and internal stakeholders (including Sales). You signal market developments, client needs and commercial opportunities at an early stage, outside the boundaries of the existing (daily) operations, and turn them into product policy. You create support for mentioned initiatives and initiates them until decision making.


You’re the CEO for your products. That means you

  • ensure the solutions meet client requirements
  • come up with disruptive innovation
  • develop products to be state-of the art
  • manage pricing to ensure positive return to society and the bank
  • keep up with continuously changing rules and regulations
  • are the go-to person for our sales organisation for client questions
  • continuously improve the customer experience
