Functieomschrijving

Purpose of function

Developing training content, monitoring the content, and spreading and monitoring trainings.

Contents of function

1. Monitoring
Inventory and acceptance of questions that arise in the logistics organization. Solving it as far as possibly independently and monitor the follow-up;
Collect, distribute, and share knowledge within the logistics department and assist colleagues in implementing changes in processes, procedures or processes, and ensure documenting and archiving of these changes;
Signal of (possible) bottlenecks and make improvements in logistics processes and procedures;
Managing work instruction, translations and work documents.

2. E-Learning
• Developing E-Learning based on Super Users data when processes change;
• Making these learning resources available for employees in the DC’s;
• Develop and keep End User Support Resources up to date to support daily work of AP WMS users.

3. Management
• Compiling reports, identify problems and providing solutions;
• Informing management in case of deviations and problems with trainees;
• First line support for problems with using the Vimago tool.

Position of function in organisation

Employee Training Material is part of the Process Development, Monitoring & Support department and will report to Manager DC Support.

Functie-eisen

• HBO level of working and thinking, in combination with 0-1 year work experience, or
MBO degree with 3-5 year work experience;
• Seeks actively, within the responsibilities, to the wishes and needs of the internal customer and, if possible, provides even more or faster than agrees or the (internal) customer expects;
• Proposes to efficiently implement processes as regards the use of both time and resources;
• Works effectively with others to achieve common goals, seeking collaboration;
• Is very accurate and organized, knows how to structure work and projects, agreements are reached within deadlines and in accordance with guidelines;
• Proposes efficient and effective working methods within the least complexity and implements them.
