PhD Candidate Influences of Gender in Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension
Pulmonary hypertension, or increase in pulmonary blood pressure, is a fatal condition since there are no known effective interventions to reverse pulmonary vascular remodelling or to prevent right heart failure. Early detection of the patient at risk as well as identifying the right drug for the right patient are important to halt and reverse the disease. We are looking for a PhD candidate to help us with research on this topic.
