As the Business Manager you will play a fundamental part in the strategic development and growth of the European organisation. Your focus will be on realizing sustainable profitable growth within the Benelux region, with P&L responsibility. You will drive sales force effectiveness and efficiency by providing your team with direction, organisation and support. Not only will you increase the share of business with existing customers, you will also prospect new customers. Using strong analytical and commercial skills you will develop and execute an innovative business strategy in order to reach the Group goals. You will oversee and improve the financial performance and ensure compliance with company policies. Your managerial and interpersonal skills will contribute to a professional and pleasant working environment with high job satisfaction, whilst being thoroughly customer focused.
- Business, Engineering or Technical degree.
- Extensive experience of selling technical products (B2B).
- Knowledge of both direct and indirect sales channels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in sales management.
- Demonstrable commercial success through implementing your strategic sales plans within a team environment.
- Excellent people-management skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
