For People Intouch, YER is recruiting an entrepreneurial, international and results-oriented Team Lead Business Development.
Together with the Chief Commercial Officer you will be responsible for the development of the sales (or marketing) strategy. You lead the business development team and are responsible for coaching and mentoring the team in their daily tasks. In this role you actively engage in sales activities yourself and by doing so, fulfil an exemplary role towards your team members and other colleagues within the organisation.
You play a pivotal role in forming a winning sales team: you are able to attract the right people, to motivate and inspire them, to help them develop and to create a loyal team for People Intouch.
Focus on results is important as well as the self-starting ability that both you and your team members need to have. The sales objectives of People Intouch are clear: structural and quantified growth in the number of customers. Entrepreneurship and result oriented are competencies that must be in your genes!
You have a real winners' mentality and are able to enthuse and motivate your team and thereby accelerate the growth of People Intouch: team up to accelerate!
You must have experience in building your network on board level and have long-term relationships with, for example, Chief Compliance Officers, Chiefs Internal Audit and Chief Legal Officers. Strong affinity with or knowledge of governance, risk management and compliance is indispensable. You also like working internationally and know how to plan your travels effectively and efficiently.
You are intrinsically motivated to achieve the best results for the customer and People Intouch both in the short and long term and you are a consultative seller in heart and soul. You will inspire your team to achieve the highest level possible in consultative sales. This means no e-mail is good enough until you have answered ‘the why’ behind the clients’ questions and considered various strategies for the best reply. Together with your team you are impressed by every e-mail you sent!
