Are you the Assistant/Associate Professor of Real Estate Economics we are looking for? In this role you will strengthen and extend our team for research and education activities in the field of Real Estate Economics. With expertise and enthusiasm for teaching and doing research on real estate economics, your focus will be on the relationship between real estate value, costs, the physical quality of real estate and its environment, focusing specifically on sustainability. You will join a highly ranked department, faculty and university to work in an international team of highly committed and successful academics in the department of Management in the Built Environment (MBE), working as part of the group of Real Estate Management.

Are you enthusiastic about teaching in bachelor and master courses (BSc Bouwkunde, MSc track Management in the Built Environment (MBE) and take on course coordination and course development tasks? You will also be playing an active role in initiating and contributing to research bids and funded projects, supervising PhD candidates and writing academic publications. This will require close collaboration with scholars in the department of MBE and/or the faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment, as well as with experts in different domains outside the university.
