This concerns a 1.5 year postdoc position at TU Delft under guidance of Martijn Caspers. The candidate should work in the area of operator algebras or in a neighbouring area that involves operator algebraic aspects of for instance:
The position is free of teaching duties.
You will be working within the Analysis group of DIAM (the TU Delft mathematics faculty). Our group consists of researchers in several parts of functional analysis including operator theory, quantum groups, stochastic analysis, analysis of PDE's, special functions and representation theory. Our group typically hosts 5-8 PhD students and 1 or 2 postdocs. It provides a vivid work environment including seminars and several guests.
Salary and benefits are in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities. The TU Delft offers a customisable compensation package, a discount on health insurance and sport memberships, and a monthly work costs contribution. Flexible work schedules can be arranged.
