The Customer Delivery Manager is responsible for all delivery activities to the client from implementation to operational support. In this international position, you are the client's single point of contact from a delivery/operational perspective. You ensure everyone in the Transtrack team working with the client understands the client's specific situation. You are also responsible for upselling products and budgets. You report to the Chief Operations Officer.
BSc/MSc degree and a minimum of 3 years as a Project Manager in the software industry. Strong client focus, communicative and interpersonal skills. Analytical, team player, perseverant, strong work ethic. Comfortable working in an international and dynamic environment. This is no 9-5 job and requires flexibility to travel. Fluent in Dutch and English.
