The organiser commissioning is situated in the TRUMPF Netherlands EUV division in-house at the customer (Eindhoven-area). After the mechanical install of a Drive Laser (DL) the organiser will take over the system and do the planning and coordination of the commissioning and final testing. The actions are mentioned in a day plan which has to be followed and kept up to date.

In the delay tracking, all issues should be noted and prepared for follow up at the TRUMPF HQ in Ditzingen. Manpower planning will be done together with the planner.

The TRUMPF service team is working in close contact with the customer. Communication and updates on progress, delay and technical issues occur on a daily (and sometimes hourly) basis. Also, a close contact to the TRUMPF engineers on the floor is needed to be aware of the current status and to react on issues to avoid escalations.

Improving processes and quality of the delivered DL is one fundamental step to be prepared for the upcoming mass productions. Processes, which are already in place, should be followed and improved.

The main responsibility of the role is to hand over systems, in time and according specification, to the customer.


The Organiser commissioning should be capable to work in a dynamic surrounding with fast changing circumstances (changes on short notice, issues, escalations, etc.). With a good technical interest, good verbal communication skills and a customer orientated mind set. Do you recognize yourself in the skillset below?
