Cultural Change Consultant
Joure, 24-40 hours per week

We can cooperate based on a direct employment contract, but we are also open for interim professionals. Based on your preference we can discuss different options.

Your contribution:
HZPC is on the move to modernize its processes, data and technology worldwide. Changing into new ways of working goes hand in hand with organizational change and culture changes. Of course, such a transformation comes with adoption of the changes and learning new skills and behaviors to make the new ways of working successful. The business transformation program is called Aurora and has our highest priority.
We are looking for a Cultural Change Consultant who can support us in the implementation of our desired culture with a hands-on mentality.

What does this mean?
We have defined our desired culture and are currently working on defining what we want to change, improve and maintain in behavior, artifacts and language. As soon as these are defined we want to start to scale up the cultural change, starting with managers within our HZPC group. The Cultural Change Consultant is responsible for the movement towards the desired culture, by supporting the organization by implementing behavior, artifacts and language that create the desired culture. The approach we use is learning, using, teaching, and inspecting starting with our board, management layers, supporting functions and scale up to the rest of the organization. This means that we expect the Change Consultant to build a plan and create interventions that support each organizational layer and at each step of the defined cultural change.


Your profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree and experience within the field of change management or significant experience in the field of cultural change.
  • Knowledge of a change management approach, as we use Prosci™(ADKAR), relevant experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience with cultural change is a must, we use OCAI as assessment instrument.
  • Fluent English both written and verbal.
  • High interest in transformation and innovation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Coaching skills towards management layers to support them in implementing the desired culture.
  • Willing to travel.

What we offer:
This role is expected to be of a duration of 1 year. For an interim professional we focus on a maximum of 3 days (or 24 hours) per week and for direct employment there is a possibility to extend this to a fulltime position if it suits both our needs. We will discuss together what a workable structure (time- and location wise) is to be effective at particular stages in the cultural change and for you personally.
