International Pricing Manager

Their product line includes tools, fasteners, compressors, and accessories, with offices and a strong presence in most European countries.

The role
We are currently seeking a strategic and data-driven Pricing Manager to join the Commercial Finance team of Kyocera Senco. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Commercial Finance Manager, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop a comprehensive pricing strategy that best aligns with the market conditions and our financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a well-structured pricing strategy in cooperation with the Commercial Finance Manager, Sales, and Marketing teams

• Develop pricing guidelines based on market data and cost info in close cooperation with the Business Insight Analyst

• Support local Sales teams in creating consistent and logical price lists and discount structures

• Assess customer bonus schemes, analyze impact per channel/customer/product

• Collaborate with the Business Insights Analyst to accurately forecast bonus payouts

• Design and maintain KPI reports to monitor pricing related KPI's in close collaboration with the Business Insight Analyst and Commercial Finance Manager

• Maintain Internal Pricing (Intragroup pricing) assuring stable margin

• Long tail management; optimize margin on slower moving items or proposal to discontinue in close cooperation with Marketing and Sales

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in for example Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Math, etc. or equivalent work experience in a relevant field

• Knowledge of Fasteners or the Construction Industry in general considered a big plus

• Analytical skills (Price/Volume/Mix, Elasticity, Margin Optimization)

• Fluent in spoken and written English, Dutch considered a plus

• Excel savvy

• Intrinsic motivation and self-starter

• Not afraid of ambiguity
