The role of Sales Manager Personal Care involves a high level of commercial activity. On the one hand you will maintain contact with your customers in The Netherlands and Germany as well as looking to expand the customer base. On the other hand a degree of Technical competence is required to aid business development. You will frequently travel in this position within Germany and The Netherlands. The focus of the position will be on expanding business in Germany and you will report to the Business Unit Manager.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Relevant knowledge and experience within the chemical industry, preferably distribution
  • High degree of flexibility
  • Commercial and customer orientated
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Dutch or German resident
  • Excellent knowledge of English, and preferably German and/or Dutch both written and oral
