This is the Role
As our Head of Demand Generation, you will be based in Schiedam and report directly to our General Manager, with a dotted line to our Global Marketing Manager based in Sweden. You will collaborate across Sales, Engineering, R&D, and Customer Service, partnering with Global Marketing & Communications leadership to ensure brand consistency and alignment with the global marketing master plan.

- The Challenge. Design and execute a go-to-market approach to reach and grow our Special Anodes customer base. You will focus on companies unfamiliar with our technology who may not yet realize they need Elicron to optimize their industrial processes.
- The Daily Flow. You are the anode of our commercial reaction. Operating across both digital and physical touchpoints, you generate the “positive current” that attracts and pulls Special Anodes “cathodes” toward us through strategic content and inbound marketing. You are responsible for triggering this momentum, allowing our sales, technical, and customer service specialists to step in and translate that demand into high-quality, custom-engineered solutions.
- Value translation and measurement. Act as the bridge between our technical solutions and compelling value propositions, while establishing straightforward reporting to track campaign and pipeline outcomes for continuous performance optimization.
- The freedom. We care about “Wow,” not “How”. You have the creative license to create an impactful (online) presence, experimenting with diverse formats to ensure your messaging resonates with our target group to generate a consistent and measurable flow of qualified leads.

- Rewards & Perks: A gross annual salary of € 65.000,- to € 90.000,- on a full-time workweek including 8% holiday allowance. This translates to € 5.015,- to € 6.944,- a month, excluding 8% holiday allowance.
- Bonus in accordance with company policy.
- 25 vacation days to recharge.
- You will benefit from our exempted pension scheme, which is significantly more favorable than the standard PMT industry scheme.
