From the Group’s corporate headquarters in Amsterdam, you will have the opportunity to shape this newly created role. Together with the General Counsel, you will focus on a more integrated and group-oriented Legal & Compliance framework, engaging stakeholders along the way. You will also play an active role in preparing the Group for the next step, working closely with management, external advisors and colleagues in France, Germany and elsewhere.

Profile

• 7+ years of professional experience
• as a lawyer and/or in house counsel
• including corporate and/or commercial advisory work
• experience in regulatory and/or compliance is a plus
• experience in the Aerospace or Defense Industry is a plus
• fluent in English, possibly French or German
