As a Policy Officer, you are part of the Policy Desk Team where you will closely work together with different stakeholders within our community. You work from the strategy and vision on a multi-year perspective in the field of programs, projects, research and evaluation. You deliver specific advice and coordinate the implementation of the policy. You are responsible for the accreditations (bachelor, master and research) this both in planning, preparation and writing. In addition, you work on our quality assurance. Setting up and analysing the various surveys is also part of your tasks.

What will you bring to the team Our desired Policy Officer has demonstrable affinity and experience with educational innovation and improvement of educational quality in Higher or Academic Education.

We offer you a challenging position in an international and dynamic working environment. This is a part-time position for 24 hours a week. Salary indication €3.658 - 5.026 gross per month based on a full-time (36 hours/week) position (salary scale 11). Employment terms are in line with the collective labour agreement CAO-HBO, including holiday allowance of 8% and an 8.3% year-end bonus. You will be offered a temporary contract for the duration of one year with a view to an extension.

  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and English in word and writing;
  • You have an up-to-date and broad knowledge and vision on learning and training;
  • Your expertise lies in the field of quality assurance and accreditations,
  • You have demonstrated advisory skills and research & planning skills
  • you have a “hands-on” mentality;
  • You are curious, you have vision and you have persuasiveness;
  • You have the enthusiasm to gain and maintain support, from idea to result;
  • You are energized by a dynamic and changing environment, where you can quickly switch between different activities, tasks and stakeholders
